Overcast rainy days are often the best time to photograph fall colors. Diffused light can tame high contrast. Rain lends a dynamic sheen to the show of colors. Here are some favorites from a recent photography shoot on the Mill Race Trail in Oella, Maryland.
Of late I’ve been prowling the streets of Oella after dark armed with a tripod mounted camera. Long exposures of streetscapes have yielded new views of my hometown. Somewhat otherworldly, somewhat hopperesque, I like them. Do you? Please comment below.
